The Grinding Barn sleeps 14 in 7 bedrooms and Embers Barn sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms; both have an enormous open plan living space with vaulted ceilings, a well equipped kitchen and an open fire. These are designed to be very sociable spaces where you can all gather together to chat, to eat and reconnect.

The Old Farmyard is set in a quiet location surrounded by the glorious Oxfordshire countryside. There are walks from the doorstep and close by you’ll find plenty to see and do. There are ancient market towns to browse, family attractions, historic houses and open gardens, and several fascinating museums and art galleries. You won’t have to go far to find great places to eat – just down the road there’s an excellent village inn that serves delicious home made food made using the abundance of local produce to be found in these parts. If you don’t fancy doing the cooking for your large group, treat yourselves and hire recommended caterers to come in and create a scrumptious feast for you – a wonderful way to mark a very special family celebration.
