When You Leave The Old Farmyard

A lot of time and effort goes into making sure your luxury large group holiday house is perfect for your arrival so we ask that you use the following as a guide when you leave The Old Farmyard:

• Please vacate the property by 10am. 
• Please have a final check of all rooms before you leave to make sure nothing is left behind.
• If any furniture has been moved during your stay, please return it to its original position.
• All rubbish (black bin liners) and recycling (loose in green wheelie bin or in white bin liners if excess) should be left in the bin area allocated for this. Food waste must be placed in the compost caddy and not in the black bin. Please take your bottles to the bottle bank on your way home.
• Please make sure all the washing up is done and that everything is put away (it's fine for the dishwashers to be on with your final load).
• Please make sure the dining table and all kitchen surfaces are clean and tidy.
• Any spillages made during your stay should be cleaned up.
• You don’t need to strip the beds, we'll do that; towels that you've used can be left in the bathrooms.
• If you've used the tablecloths and napkins, please leave them by the washing machine in the pantry. 
• If anything is damaged during your stay please let us know in the first instance, rather than leave it till you leave, or after you've left.
• If you feel there is anything missing from the property, or if anything isn't working properly please let us know.
• If there was a key left for you in a key safe or other safe place, please make sure it's put back before you leave.
  
  After your stay you'll receive an email with a link for you to complete feedback for the property; we would be very grateful if you can do this as it helps us to make any improvements needed.
